Hmmm, this all sounds good, but within a pluriverse don't we need approaches which are more pluralistic in their enabling of multiple worldviews and aspirations? I'm thinking about the acute specificity of a swimmable Birrarung which I appreciate the concreteness of aggregating tangible action around a specific intent; however, the participatory city approach, for example, seeks to create a place-based platform for cocreation of places by the whole ecosystem; this simultaneously enables many interconnected intents which are mutually reinforcing, for example a swimmable Birrarung and all of the adjacent intents to that... I'm wondering if intent, at the systems capital level of play, should be focused on such specific outcomes, or is it more appropriate to focus on meta-outcomes such as building social cohesion and coproduction/cocreation capacity, and let the system actors worry about the specific concrete intents.... what do you think 🤔?
